DELIVERY
You are welcome to come by the store and studio whenever to purchase or pick up your piece. Shipping prices depend on the item and how it’s shipped. Lounge Chairs and side tables usually range from $80-$120. Larger items will be shipped freight which typically runs anywhere between $100-$300. These are shipped via Fedex Ground. We also ship by Greyhound Freight and SAIA; these options are usually HALF the price of Fedex Ground but ARE NOT door service providers. These entail picking the package up from a local distribution depot. Time frame also varies from carrier to carrier, SAIA will ship pieces within a day or two from anywhere within the continental United States. Fedex Ground and Greyhound Freight can potentially take 1-3 weeks depending on location.
Freight shipping includes insurance and has the potential to be curbside meaning it will be dropped off at the curb on a pallet. All items are packaged with care and insured with a signature required for delivery. We are not responsible for damage during shipping, unless it was due to poor packaging on our part. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM WHEN IT IS DELIVERED! IF THERE IS DAMAGE, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. They will return it to us and we will file an insurance claim and/or repair it. We build to order and don’t usually have items in stock. Lead times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on how busy we are. We will send a confirmation when item has shipped. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. The Modern Craftsman is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders may receive discounts (ie. you need 3 or more of the same design). Order 10 chairs and we can get the price down even more. If our cost goes down, then so does yours.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Reminder: Lead times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on how busy we are. We aim to provide every costumer with the finest crafted goods with the highest standards. Although availability may be indicated on the site and store, we cannot guarantee product availability and may not be available for immediate delivery. The Modern Craftsman reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY
In stock items are returnable within 7 days from the date received for a full refund (minus shipping) as long as it is in new condition. Please email ModernCraftsmanHome@gmail.com if there are any problems. Client is responsible for return shipping charges if applicable. We want each client to be happy with their purchase and we understand that the piece may not fit your home once you get it there. Custom orders are non-returnable. Each piece is guaranteed to be free from defects for 60 days. If the item needs repair after the 60 day period (ie. you dropped it down the stairs), we can usually fix it with shipping at your expense.
